We need a signature at your end to insure delivery.
UPS shipping cost is calculated automatically. For large orders
and registered mailing orders use the shopping cart to place your
order then select "Will call with shipping instructions" at
the bottom of UPS shipping, we will ship by freight truck, post
office or your option.
During the checkout process, if you check the box to insure your
order, the shipping total presented on the checkout page will include
the cost of insurance.
All credit card orders are processed and shipped within one to
five business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed
by electronic check through Pay Pal won't ship until the funds
have cleared, which may add an additional four days to delivery
time. We ship world wide.
After ordering, you can check your order status on the order status page. You will need to enter your Order
ID (Cart Number not conformation number) and email address.

Warranty Terms and Conditions
All warranties will commence on the date of the invoice, warranties are to the original purchaser and will cover all component parts and labor with the exception of printer consumables such as toner and cartridges. Preloved Computers does not warranty the Operating System software and it is the customer's responsibility to purchase applicable Operating System software license. We will repair or replace the defective system or component part, at its option, free of charge. This limited warranty does not apply if the product defect was caused by negligence, accident, unreasonable use, modification, tampering or any causes not related to defective material's or workmanship. Additionally, warranties shall not be valid if the tracking label has been altered, defaced or removed in any way. Preloved Computers is not responsible for software recovery or loss of data. Customer must provide proof of warranty by providing either invoice number or UPS tracking number. All warranty repairs must be returned to Our Computer Dealers.
DOA Terms and Conditions
Dead on arrival (DOA) must be reported to Preloved Computers within '14 days of date of invoice. DOA warranty will cover the cost of shipping with Preloved Computers's carrier of choice providing all items are packaged properly to protect against shipping damage and compliance to all other warranty terms and conditions, if customer elects to return product utilizing their carrier. All freight costs are the responsibility of the customer and Preloved Computers will not reimburse the customer for this expense.

In-Bound to Preloved Computers
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived DOA and was reported to Preloved Computers within the DOA timeframe of 14 days. Refer to "DOA Terms and Conditions".
Out-Bound to Customer
Preloved Computers pays all shipping charges back to the customer with Preloved Computers's carrier of choice.
Customer is responsible for shipping damage for product shipped backed to Preloved Computers. Customer is responsible to ensure returned product is properly packaged in its original packaging. If original product packaging is not available, product must be packaged to ensure adequate protection is provided to the product through the transit process.
All returns must be authorized by our Customer Service Department. A Customer Service Representative will provide you with return instructions and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Please ensure all returns reference your RMA number on the shipping label.
